VINYASA FLOW

A Vinyasa flow class is a movement flow practice, placing awareness on the connection between breath and movement. Expect flowing and fluid sequences with smooth transitions, aiming to promote flexibility, strength and mindfulness. Our flow classes would include a delicate balance between dynamic and strengthening postures and softer and more gentle postures, suitable for all levels.

STRONG & SLOW FLOW

Pace: 2/5

Sweat Level: 2/5

A slower paced flow class, moving through asanas at a less dynamic pace but focusing on holding postures for longer periods, allowing you to build strength and enhance stability whilst having more time to explore alignment, technique and body awareness. Although this class is at a slower pace, expect to be challenged and deepen your personal practice. Modifications will be provided allowing this class to be suitable for all levels.

WAKE UP FLOW

Start your day with an invigorating and energising class, aiming to set a positive tone for the day ahead. The class will include aspects of Vinyasa and Hatha styles of yoga. The class is gentle enough to start the day to awaken your body and mind, but leading into a more energising flow, leaving you focused and revitalised for the day. Suitable for all levels.

SLOW & SOFT FLOW

Immerse yourself in a gentle nurturing practice with our Slow and Soft flow class. This class will focus on mindful movements and breath, allowing you to smoothly transition between postures at a relaxed pace. Emphasising alignment and awareness, you’ll cultivate strength and flexibility whilst fostering a deep sense of relaxation. The class is suitable for all levels, but is also perfect for beginners who are starting their yoga journey.

PILATES

Join us for a revitalising mat-based Pilates class designed to help improve strength, coordination and mobility. This low-impact workout focuses on precise movements and controlled breathing, helping to develop lean muscle tone and promote good posture. Suitable for all levels.

DYNAMIC VINYASA FLOW

Pace: 4/5

Sweat Level: 3/5

A stronger and faster pace Vinyasa flow class where you will explore a variety of postures to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Expect to explore progressions into stronger postures to deepen your practice further, whilst still maintaining a focus of linking your breath to movement. Although stronger postures or dynamic sequences maybe found in this class, modifications will be provided so the class is suitable for all levels.
